The DIHS wall and ceiling heating consists of several layers of aluminum and a heating element based on silicone.
The width of this element is 30cm, length 50cm upto 300cm. The power is 200 Watt per square meter with a connection voltage of 230Vac.
The DIHS ceiling wall heating can be stapled against wooden beams or with double-sided tape against a metal stud profile. There are two versions: regular and Pro. The pro version has a extra 10mm High Tech insulation layer for a much better heat performance.

Installation of DIHS wall ceiling heating:
# Roll out the heating.
# Check the heating for resistance value
# Check the heater for damage
# Apply mineral wool insulation between the rags, minimum thickness 30mm.
# Use a tacker to apply the heater to the rags, DO NOT damage the thickening of the heater.
# Place a temperature sensor (external thermostat sensor) between the heater and the insulation.
# Bring the connection cables to a junction box and connect it to the thermostat (extending the connection cables can be done with 3x0.75mm2).
# Measure the installation by means of an ohm meter and an insulation resistance meter.
# Mount the thermostat and set the external sensor to a value of 50 ° C.
# Set thermostat to external sensor AND room sensor.
# Commission the installation.

 

Pay attention:
Do not bend, fold, cut the element.
Use the correct tools.
Installation is carried out by a skilled or appointed person.
Installation according to (N)EN standards.
If metal stud is used instead of wooden beams, then use double-sided tape to apply the heating.
